Le Guide Sud Sauvage was born of a deep passion for the South of Mauritius, a region where time seems to stand still, far from the tourist whirl. We wanted to create a compass for everyone who longs to step off the beaten track and taste the true face of the island.
Our mission is to shine a light on passionate artisans, local addresses with authentic flavours and routes that tell the story of an island. We wanted to connect people with its stories through local experience — with sincerity, its traditions and the wild beauty of its landscapes.
