Celebrating Mauritian heritage
Celebrate Creole heritage with a week of music, dance, food and crafts across the South.
For one week, the South moves to the rhythm of séga and the ravanne. Open-air concerts, dance workshops, craft markets and shared tables follow one another from Souillac to Mahébourg.
The line-up puts the region's artists centre stage: séga typik bands, Creole storytellers and young talent share the seafront stages.
Entry is free for most events. Some workshops require advance registration with the organisers.
